The concept of the restaurant has been developed in accordance with the chef’s slogan “Quality cannot be compromised”, in line with the Haut Cuisine culinary heritage, respect to food and providing modern cooking opportunities. The technical solution has been fully developed and the restaurant kitchen has been fully equipped in accordance with the requirements of Chef Jānis Zvirbulis.
